RICE WITH MILK


1 cup rice
3 lt milk
1/4 lb sugar
2 Oz butter
3 cinnamon sticks
1 Jar cinnamon powder



PREPARATION


First, let the rice soakin some of the milk for 1 hour in a large saucepan.

Then place the saucepan on the stove and cook the rice at low heat until it opens up a bit;
next, start pouring slowly into the pan the milk with the cinnamon sticks cover the pan and keep it at a low heat, and stir the rice frequently so that the rice won't stick to the pan .
Next when the rice opens up completely add the sugar and butter continues stirring until it thickens.
Then pour the rice into a large serving dish and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Finally serve it in small plates at room temperature or cold,
you can decorate it with grapes.
